After a pause through the summer and September, I’m excited to once again be offering fertility support groups—both virtual and in-person. These groups are designed to create community and connection for anyone navigating the ups and downs of their fertility journey.
🌿 Virtual groups are open to anyone living in British Columbia, making support more accessible no matter where you’re located.
🌿 In-person groups are available right here in the Comox Valley, at the beautiful space I share with Full Moon Physio in Courtenay, BC.
Free Fertility Support
As always, both of these groups are generously sponsored by The Butterfly Support Network, an organization deeply committed to supporting bereaved parents and those struggling with fertility challenges. Thanks to this partnership, the groups are:
Free to attend
Drop-in based (come when you can, no pressure to commit)
Open to anyone on a fertility journey
You are welcome to attend only in-person, only virtual, or a mix of both depending on what works best for you.
Why Join a Fertility Support Group?
Choosing to attend a fertility support group in the Comox Valley or virtually from anywhere in BC allows you:
A safe and confidential environment to share your experience
The chance to connect with others who truly understand the emotional weight of fertility struggles
New coping skills and strategies for managing stress, grief, and hope along the way
Fertility journeys can feel incredibly isolating. Having a supportive community can help you feel seen, validated, and less alone.
