Hi, I'm Tasha
(she/her)
I am privileged to call the beautiful Comox Valley my home. I love to ski, run, bike, and bake endless loafs of sourdough bread. My guilty pleasure is binge watching baking shows. I am a proud twin mom, as well as a fur mama to a dog and a cat.
I am also a registered social worker (RSW) who loves to talk about perinatal mental health. After 14 years of practicing in front line social work, my own journey with infertility and pregnancy loss led me to private practice with a focus on perinatal mental health. I understand much of the grief and disappointment experienced in trying to grow the family you dream of. I also know the pressures and isolation faced by new parents. I get that it often it feels like no one understands, you feel lonely and overwhelmed.
My job is to support you as you navigate these challenges and help you to tell your story your way.
I see clients in person in Comox or virtually across British Columbia.
