🌿 A New Chapter: Moving My Practice to Canopy Comox

After a wonderful time sharing space with the team at Full Moon Physio in Courtenay, I’m excited to share that I’ll be moving my therapy practice to Canopy Comox as of November 1, 2025.

My new office address is:

My time sharing space with Full Moon has been deeply meaningful. I’ve been lucky to work alongside a group of compassionate and talented practitioners who care deeply about supporting our local community. I’m so grateful for the connection, collaboration, and kindness that space has held — for me and for the clients I’ve supported there through infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges, perinatal mental health concerns, and life transitions.

This move to Canopy Comox marks a new chapter for Glacier Counselling. I’m looking forward to joining an interdisciplinary collective in Comox that shares a holistic and community-centered approach to wellness. Being surrounded by diverse practitioners who value collaboration and integrative care feels like a natural next step for both my work and the people I support.

My new therapy office in Comox is both cozy and welcoming — a space designed for warmth, calm, and connection. I invite both new and existing clients to come see me in the new space, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and take a moment to relax.

What’s not changing:

You can still book therapy appointments online through Jane, or reach out to me directly if that’s easier.
I’ll continue to offer in-person therapy in Comox, as well as virtual counselling across British Columbia.
Walk-and-talk therapy sessions will remain available for individuals and couples who prefer a more movement-based, nature-connected approach.

On a personal note, this move also brings me closer to home — something that feels especially aligned with the values I often talk about with my clients: balance, boundaries, and creating space for the things that sustain us.

Whether you’ve seen me in Courtenay or will be meeting me for the first time in Comox, I’m looking forward to welcoming you to this new space and continuing to offer compassionate, evidence-based counselling.
