A Little Less Alone: Introducing Our Free Postpartum Drop-In Group
Early motherhood brings so much change. Alongside the love and joy, there can be exhaustion, uncertainty, and moments when you wonder if anyone else feels the way you do.
Sometimes, what we need most is a space to connect with people who just get it.
We’re excited to introduce Postpartum Community Connections a free virtual drop-in group for moms and birthing parents with babies 0–12 months, facilitated by our counselling intern, Kim.
This is a relaxed, welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, or simply listen. There’s no set agenda and no pressure to share. Our time together will be guided by the people who attend, with space for the real, messy, and meaningful parts of early parenthood.
Join us for one session or all four. Babies are always welcome, and we understand that feeding, diaper changes, and late arrivals are part of life with a little one!
Group details:
When: Mondays, November 16 – December 7
Time: 1:00–2:00 p.m.
Where: Virtually
Cost: Free
Who: Moms and birthing parents with babies 0–12 months
Attendance: Drop in for one session, all four, or anything in between
You don’t need to be struggling to benefit from connection, and you don’t need to have anything figured out before you join.
Come as you are, with your baby, your questions, your tiredness, and whatever else this season holds.
