Talking Perinatal Mental Health

Recently, I was lucky to join Pamela Tessmann, CBE, IBCLC of Sounds Births on her podcast Sound Beginnings. Pamela is a Comox Valley International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a former doula with a wealth of experience supporting local families through the perinatal period and beyond.

It was a pleasure to sit down with Pamela and discuss perinatal mental health, my counselling practice, and how we can better support new parents, bereaved parents, and those struggling with fertility.
